The important thing to remember about preaching is that it's not about mastering the techniques, it's about being mastered by the conviction
All we can do is sling the seeds and trust that God will make something happen
There are lots of ways to be biblical - be one of them
Preaching is truth through personality
Through my words, the Word comes

Delegating tasks bring you followers. Delegating authority brings you leadership

Vision is critical in the middle

The hardest person to lead is yourself

Keep slinging more seed - only 25% will grow from it

Blend creativity and discipline

Energy is more important than time when it comes to effectiveness

Put in 20 miles a day - no more, no less

You can tell your leadership by how well your organization functions without you

Authenticity trumps cool every time

Humble yourself to learn from anyone who can help you be better
